Graham Mitchell, Managing Director, heads up our close-knit management team. Graham is a Qualified Chartered Surveyor. In 1997 he and other members of his family negotiated the purchase of the Grant & Wilson partnership. He has been responsible for improving the service to clients by reworking the company's property management computer system and upgrading its technical infrastructure and working conditions. He has also introduced systems to enhance the company's approach to customer service, covering the full range within factoring to make the profession more open and accountable to owners. |
