Dennistoun

Dennistoun is a district in the Scottish city of Glasgow. It is situated north of the River Clyde in the east end of the city, and has become popular in recent years with students and young professionals, due to its Victorian housing stock (mainly of the tenement type) and close proximity to the city centre. The district is served by Alexandra Parade, Duke Street and Belgrove train stations, offering commuter services to the city centre and on toward the western suburbs.
