UGC Cinemas is one of the leading cinema chains in the UK and Ireland and operates a total of 42 cinemas. We offer our customers the ultimate cinematic experience, the broadest choice of films possible, state of the art sound and vision and great customer service. Our aim is to lead the way in the cinema industry - offering our customers products and initiatives that are second to none.

We are the only operator in the UK to offer our customers a loyalty scheme – the unique Unlimited Card. The card provides unlimited access to any of its 42 cinemas in the UK and Ireland for a subscription of just £9.99 a month (excluding UGC 's London West End cinemas) or £12.99 a month (including UGC 's London West End cinemas) or €15.99 per month, available at our Dublin cinema only and valid at all UGC cinemas (excluding UGC 's London West End cinemas) – minimum subscription 12 months.

In addition, UGC leads the field in terms of the range of films we screen at our cinemas, giving smaller independent films equal billing alongside large Hollywood releases. We also offer a wide choice of tickets that represent outstanding value for money to its customers – including the Early Bird and UGC Kids .

We hold and support regular special events at our cinemas including opportunities to meet directors and stars for a behind the scenes look at films, film festivals, special screenings, student screenings and previews. We also an audience "Recommended" and a "Kids Recommended" scheme where UGC customers act as film critics and give their views on films that are just about to be released to fellow cinema goers. Additionally we recently launched UGC “Discovery” which highlight films the UGC team have ‘discovered at special screenings and film festivals around the world.
